Lyndon St. Artworks, a local artist collaboration that houses over 25 working art studios with over 40 resident artists in over 15 mediums, is now hosting community art gatherings the first Friday of each month. This week’s First Friday will feature a demo by Emet Williams, and a variety of affordable original pieces will be available for purchase. Proceeds and donations will go to the Lynodn Street Artworks Rescue Fund, which is intended to restore the organization. The address is 205 Lyndon Street, and the event will run from about 6-9 p.m.
